Someone Say Carpool VIP!!!

Calling all carpoolers!

How would you like to NOT sit in the long carpool line or NOT have to get in line an hour early to be at the front of the line?

Our 1st Dillard Drive Magnet Elementary School auction/fundraiser of the 2022/23 school year is for you! We will be auctioning off 2 VIP carpool spots - one for the morning drop-off  and one for the afternoon pickup - and you will be the first car serviced!

The auction will be held Wednesday, Oct 12th, and ends Wednesday, Oct. 26th at 11:59 pm, via MemberHub. When you place your bid using MemberHub, you will choose which spot (morning or afternoon) you are bidding on. Once your bid is registered, should you be outbid, MemberHub will notify you via email that you’ve been outbid so you can up your bid should you choose to do so.

If your bid wins you your VIP spot of choice, you will need to be in your VIP designated spot 10 minutes before carpool begins each day. This allows carpool helpers to get your child safely out of your car and into the school first, or in the afternoon, your child can safely be the first out of the building and buckled into your vehicle so you can quickly be on your way. Your child’s carpool number will be attached to your VIP designation with a specific color on the tag.

After the Auction closes winners and non winners will be notified through email by Memberhub. DDMES PTA will also be in touch with VIP details and Winner Pass information.
